As of August 29, 2025, most packages shipped to the United States will be subject to import tariffs. Tariffs are government-imposed taxes on imported goods.
Based on the policy from Tariffs are government-imposed taxes on imported goods, all imported goods from Indonesia are subject to a 19% import tax. Therefore, any additional customs fees or duty charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
At MyPulls, we truly value our US customers and are committed to making this transition easier. To help reduce the impact of these additional costs, we are always try to help our buyers by slightly reducing the product price and shipping cost to help ease the additional tax burden. In addition, we upgrade the standard shipping service to DHL Express at no extra charge, with an estimated delivery time to the USA of approximately 8–10 business days, or even faster.

Yes, we gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Please contact us through Etsy messages within 30 days of delivery if you would like to return an item. After contacting us, please ship the item back within 30 days of delivery.
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund.

What payment will be accepted ? and How if I don;t have PayPal account but I want make that payment with Credit card ?

Why is the shipping cost expensive?
International shipping costs may be higher due to the following reasons:
a. International postal rate increases
This is an overseas shipment. Major postal services such as USPS®, Canada Post, and UK Post have adjusted their international shipping rates, increasing since August 29, 2025.
b. Export-related costs
Solid brass hardware shipments may require additional export taxes, handling fees that must be paid by the seller.
c. Parcel shipping requirements, as hardware items cannot be shipped as documents.
d. U.S. shipments require DHL Express for reliable delivery, customs clearance, and tracking, which costs more than standard postal shipping.
